By creating an account or using our service at furnishd.me, you agree to these terms.
Furnishd is an AI-powered interior design application that allows you to upload photos of your rooms and receive AI-generated styled versions based on your preferences. We use OpenAI's image generation technology to produce styled results. AI-generated results may vary and we cannot guarantee that every result will meet your expectations.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of the room photos you upload. By uploading images you grant us a limited licence to process and store them for the purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload images you submit, that they do not contain personal data of others without consent, and that they do not contain illegal or harmful content.
You agree not to upload images of people without consent, upload illegal or offensive content, attempt to reverse-engineer our service, use automated tools to scrape data, or resell access to the service without written permission.
AI outputs are generated automatically and may not always be accurate or as expected. You should not rely solely on AI-generated designs for professional interior design or construction decisions. Product recommendations and affiliate links are for inspiration — we do not guarantee availability, pricing or suitability.
All intellectual property in the Furnishd platform belongs to Retrotech Energy Limited. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without written permission. Furnishd is a trading name of Retrotech Energy Limited.
Furnishd may display links to third-party retailers. Some may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase through them at no additional cost to you. We are not responsible for the content, availability or quality of third-party products or websites.
Furnishd is provided as is and as available without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Retrotech Energy Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of Furnishd. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting privacy@furnishd.me. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or if we are required to do so by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of Furnishd after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
